It was a beautiful crisp fall day here in Georgia. Once Nate returned from the Atlanta Falcons game we all headed outside to play in the fallen leaves. In our neighborhood and yard to have any leaves at all to play in is a treat. When it got too cold outside we ran in to start a fire and eat dinner. This was the first fire we have made since Preston was born. He was very curious about the fireplace until the fire was lit. Once he saw the flame he stayed a good 10 feet away at all times! For the first 5 minutes all he could say was "hot". The funniest part of the evening was at the dinner table. Now I know all toddlers are funny eating spaghetti, but tonight was particularly funny for me. I have photos below that better help explain what I mean.

Happy Halloween
Our little Pirate Preston had so much fun Friday night. We went trick or treating with our neighbors Josh, Michelle and their little boy Caleb. When Preston heard that we were heading to Caleb's house he hit the pavement running! Of course we got to their house early. I always feel funny about showing up somewhere too early, but Preston wasn't having it any other way.
We started the night with the boys not very sure about what to do, but by the end they were pros! There are some really cute photos attached from the entire weekend.
